CONFERENCE REGISTRATION


If you would like to participate in this conference please complete the attached registration form and return it by fax to the NABMA office on the details noted below.  Attendance numbers are strictly limited so any interested persons are advised to register as soon as possible.  There will be a 90% reimbursement of the registration fee paid for any cancellations made before 30th May 2009.  After this date, reimbursements will not be given for any cancellations. 

Registration Fees

The delegate registration fee is £300 and includes all activities and meals as detailed in the conference programme.

Any attending partners (spouses) may attend the technical visits and the Friday night dinner by payment of £75.

Form of Payment

All fees should be made payable by bank transfer to NABMA in British pounds.

On receipt of your registration form you will be sent the necessary account details in order to make the relevant payment.
